The Central government on Thursday notified the revised pay packets for LIC employees. Advertisement The employees are happy with the wage revision that has come at a difficult situation. The pay hike for the employees is expected to be over 25 per cent per month, Shreekant Mishra, General Secretary, All India Insurance Employees Association (AIIEA) told IANS. He said a loading of 15 per cent has been given after 100 per cent neutralization of dearness allowance (DA) at 6,352 points of consumer price index (CPI).

Electronic driving license on Absher Individuals and Tawakkalna apps launched

April 16, 2021 Saudi Gazette report RIYADH The General Department of Traffic has launched an electronic version of the driving license through the Ministry of Interior’s online application “Absher Individuals” and the “Tawakkalna” applications. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the spokesperson of the traffic department said the security authorities have approved the digital version of the driving license, which was developed in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), represented by the National Information Center. He added that the new electronic driving license includes a QR Code, affirming that the drivers can keep a copy of it on the smartphones and use it without the need for an internet connection.
